Itinerary
Meet & Welcomes: Bossington National Trust car park & toilets - TA24 8HF - free for National Trust members - free parking at Bossington village green
Very short 45 min stroll: harvesting and learning about the wild edibles of that season
Return to Bossington woodland cabin shelter: wild salad preparation & pestos crushing.
Drinks: natural cordial / spritzer / warm herbal teas
Eating together: Devon cheese topped open sourdough lunch with our dressed salads, sauces, pestos
Books: recipe books and foraging literature
What's included:
2 - 3 large wholemeal sourdough slices ('Lucho Bakes' Devon-made bread)
2 - 3 slices of Devon cheddar, goats cheese, brie or blue cheese
elderflower cordial / non-alcoholic spritzer / herbal teas

Can I bring my dog: well-behaved dogs welcome on a lead.
We have allergies in our group, can you accommodate: please declare your intolerances / allergies so we can order in advance and avoid disappointment
What is the terrain and distance like: We forage immediately along the hedgerows and grassland of the woodland walking no more than 400m.
Is there a river: yes, please keep children in sight at all times. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult
What do I wear / bring: please wear sturdy footwear with gripped shoes (no sandles or open toe). Appropriate clothing for the weather
